By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the atlasbet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

atlasbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the atlasbet platform and close your account by contacting our support team at support@atlasbet. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered by atlasbet, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional or VIP programme features offered from time to time. To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with atlasbet, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

Such documents may include but are not limited to a National ID card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts may be suspended pending verification, and accounts found to be held by ineligible individuals will be permanently closed with any funds held subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable law and platform policy.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account with atlasbet. • Use a strong, unique password for your atlasbet account that you do not use for any other service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to add an additional layer of security;
• Never share your account credentials with another person, including family members;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Regularly review your transaction history for any activity you do not recognise.

atlasbet reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time if we reasonably believe that the account is being operated in breach of these Terms, or where we are required to do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

atlasbet supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically to the needs of Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, City Bank transfers, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no upper limit on deposits unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or account tier. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider; however, processing times may vary depending on the method used and prevailing network conditions in Bangladesh.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Payments page of the platform. Standard withdrawal processing times for bKash and Nagad transfers are typically within 24 hours for verified accounts. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. • Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit on your account;
• A minimum wagering requirement equivalent to at least one full deposit cycle must be met before a withdrawal can be processed in certain circumstances;
• atlasbet reserves the right to charge a processing fee for certain withdrawal methods as disclosed in the Payments section;
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where identity verification (KYC) has not been completed;
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, atlasbet is required to freeze funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If a transaction is initiated in a different currency, it will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. atlasbet accepts no liability for currency conversion losses arising from such transactions.

atlasbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally significant periods in Bangladesh.

Each bonus or promotional offer is governed by specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, which will include but may not be limited to the following parameters:

• Wagering requirement: The number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted;

Any breach of these obligations will be treated seriously and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all funds held therein, and where required, the reporting of your conduct to relevant legal authorities. atlasbet cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally in all matters relating to fraud, financial crime, and illegal gambling activity.

You acknowledge that atlasbet employs a range of fraud detection, identity verification, and monitoring systems and that your activity on the platform may be reviewed at any time to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

The atlasbet brand name, logo, platform design, user interface, game content, software, databases, text, graphics, images, videos, and all other content and materials available on the platform are the exclusive property of atlasbet or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the atlasbet platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any atlasbet content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used by the platform;
• Create derivative works based on atlasbet content or branding;
• Use the atlasbet brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the atlasbet platform by any automated or manual means.

Any unauthorised use of atlasbet intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law. atlasbet actively monitors for intellectual property infringement and will take all appropriate legal action to enforce its rights.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spadegaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to atlasbet for use on the platform. All rights reserved by the respective rights holders.

atlasbet provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atlasbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions in service;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or odds displayed on the platform that contain errors;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law;
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation in any game or betting market on the platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that results in an incorrect game outcome, an erroneous balance adjustment, or an erroneously granted bonus, atlasbet reserves the right to reverse or correct the transaction in question. Any funds credited to your account as a result of a technical error remain the property of atlasbet until the error is resolved, and you are obligated to notify us immediately if you become aware of such an error.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit our liability to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the atlasbet platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and atlasbet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
